iDigLabs

old school

iDigLabs · ten units · free · AU · VST3

Ten processors, built as one chain, given away. No trial, no window, no countdown — the license is free and it stays free.

Modeling the boxes is the easy half. What almost nobody models is the wire between them: transformers loading the input, cable capacitance rolling the top, one stage driven hot into the next. These ten were built together, so they load each other the way the originals actually did. Run them in series and the chain behaves like a chain.

They are free because the best argument for the rest of the catalog is a plugin you already use every day. Nothing here is a demo of something better. This is the thing.

Download the ten

One installer, ten plugins. No key, no activation, nothing to enter — install them and they work. By downloading you agree to the terms.

What the catch isn't

plain terms

It doesn't expire

Not a trial and not a limited-time offer. There is no key to expire and no activation to lapse — once the ten are installed they keep working, updates included.

Nothing is crippled

No demo silence, no watermark, no disabled controls, no nag screen. There is no paid tier of these plugins to be upsold into.

No account with us

There is no key to issue and no account to create. Payhip handles the download, and after that the ten are simply installed on your Mac — no subscription, and nothing checking in while you work.

What comes next

through the rest of the year

Instruments

Synthesisers built on one voice architecture — polyphonic, wavetable, FM, and a mono lead that does one thing badly on purpose.

Processors

Where the Old School rack stops. Transformer modeling with the full equivalent circuit, master bus, and the house effects chain.

Utility software

Native Mac apps for the unglamorous part — finding the library, auditioning the file, getting the drive back under control.

Nothing is announced until it is finished.
